Compliance Criteria
Obtaining “IGBC Green Homes” certification requires compliance with a minimum number of criteria for each performance area mentioned above. Each compliance criteria contain a number of specific points that allow a home’s environmental performance to be evaluated. Project earns points for criteria that they fulfill; those that earn more points are awarded a higher level of certification.
