LEED-INDIA for Core and Shell is a green building rating system that helps to evaluate the environmental performance of core and shell type’s buildings like IT park, retail center etc where the owner or developer do not control all aspects of the building’s design and construction.

Compliance criteria

Obtaining “LEED-India” certification requires compliance with a minimum number of criteria for each performance area mentioned above. Each compliance criteria contain a number of specific points that allow its environmental performance to be evaluated. Project earns points for criteria that they fulfill; those that earn more points are awarded a higher level of certification.
